Effective Technical Training

Goal: Teach the audience how to recognize when training is needed and the process of creating effective technical training & instructions
Target audience: everyone involved in human resources development, development and implementation of training programs, development of process or product related instructions and training, or with an interest in what effective training is
The course will cover terms and definitio0ns specific to instructional development (creation of training), methods for needs analysis, planning of development and implementation of training, and evaluation of effectiveness. The evaluation of training effectiveness is a requirement in the ISO 9001:2008 standard as well as in other standard based on the ISO 9001 standard. Effective training in necessary in order to minimize the waste of unnecessary training and increase the return of investment in training.
Presenter: Mario Barbu
Background: Over 15 years of hands-on experience as a process engineer, consultant, auditor and trainer; developed training plans and programs for various processes, positions and product; trained students including operators, engineers, management and business owners.
